I offer in-person or remote training with a tailored approach to your specific needs. We will consider your goals and objectives together from the beginning of your journey and make a realistic and enjoyable plan.

Without too much effort we can make small changes in order to achieve the lifestyle you want. Whatever goal you are looking to achieve, we can break this down into smaller and practical targets, but most of all, make it fun along the way.

I can help you to manage your weight to achieve your lifestyle goals. This is NOT a diet plan, it’s about changing habits in a way that fits with your busy lifestyle. I am a fully qualified Long Term Weight Management Coach and can guide, educate and support you to become the best version of yourself.

How do I contact you?

Simply drop me an email, phone call or message to get in touch. I will respond within 24 – 48 hours to answer any questions you may have.

Can I book in for one session only?

All services are tailored to the individual. If it’s one or multiple sessions I am here to help.

How do I pay?

I will send you an invoice and you can simply pay through a bank transfer or card payment. Full payments need to be paid 24 hours before your session.

Do I need to be based in New Zealand to work with you?

No, remote personal training and meetings have been the way forward, especially after the last couple of years! I do plenty of meetings and training sessions through video link.

I have extensive experience running my own successful personal training business. I can mentor and guide you to make sure your PT business gets the success it deserves. I can help you in several different areas – marketing, programming and pricing are just some to name a few.
